Christina Gebrekirstoes (She/Her) is the president and founder of Hope for Ethiopian Community. Christina has studied and graduated in Information Technology. She has been working as a journalist for over ten years. Her TV show " Maledana Mishet" was well known for helping people with mental health issues. After completing her high-school diploma in Yorkdale, Christina also earned professional certifications, including non-profit management foundations ,photography and animation, web design, women wellness and building foundation, life coaching, and Digital Business Management at Humber College. Christina says, "As long as I am alive, I won’t stop learning, teaching, and helping others." Christina travelled over 36 countries, and the biggest lesson she got was that "there is always new things to learn and earn."
Since childhood, Christina has dreamt of helping people. She has witnessed a lot of ups and downs in her life, and she can easily connect with those who are in difficult situations. She has been helping people with different social media coverage since she was working as a model previously. Christina is passionate and excited about supporting her community to create a potential generation.
